The Lodge has arranged with Urban Ministries of Wake County (https://www.urbanmin.org/helen-wright-center/) to provide dinner on four evenings this year:

Tuesday, 4/9
Sunday, 6/23
Sunday, 8/25
Sunday, 10/27

Teams of six lodge members will be assigned to each date. Contact Nick Verna at nickverna@nickverna.com if you would like to volunteer to help.

All meals are to be prepared in advance and then ready to heat and serve at the Center. These will include entrée, sides, salad and dessert along with beverages of iced tea, lemonade or fruit juice (no soda). Subsequent expense will be covered by the Lodge. Teams are not responsible for cleanup.

 

Raleigh Regional Bocce Tournament

Triangle Sons of Italy Lodge 2817 is sponsoring this qualifying round of the Seventh Annual NC Statewide Bocce Tournament.

2019 Raleigh Regional Bocce Tournament entry

Entry forms and $40 team entry fee ($75 if sponsored) are due by Monday, April 22, 5:00 PM. Applications listing at least one team member will be accepted to reserve a slot, but no refunds. Individuals who would like to be placed on a team need to contact Bob Giannuzzi (see below). This year, we are also soliciting businesses for $50 sponsorships without entering a team.

Net proceeds will be used to support the Doug Flutie Jr. Autism Foundation.
